My Third Fix! {Stitch Fix April 2014}

Hey friends, Catherine here with my third and best-yet Stitch Fix. I am a monthly subscriber to this style-at-your-door service and have really enjoyed the piazza Annie (my stylist) has put into my wardrobe. Plus, living in a small town and being a first-year teacher, I rarely find myself going to a physical clothing store! Stitch Fix has been a fun and easy option for changing up what I’m wearing. πŸ™‚

So, without further adieu, here we go! Each month aqua and white are my favorite colors to see at my doorstep. πŸ™‚

Here we are! In the note Annie included with my fix, she explained that her focus this month was fit and size. Wouldn’t you know that this month EVERY single item fit?! So happy!

The first piece was this great navy and white striped tank. Very simple but with a thick navy band on the bottom, it is a fun piece that I can easily layer. Plus, Annie also included a wonderful navy cardigan that paired with this tank. Both the tank and the cardigan are now mine!

The third piece was this fun, little top with a scoop neck. I really like the flare of the scoop neck and the flattering fit, but the green was a *tad* neon for my taste. πŸ™‚

My fourth piece was a great wrap dress that was the perfect length for a 5 foot teacher – a *smidge* below the knee! I really liked the fit and appreciated that it had a cup-sleeve instead of being sleeveless….we all know how cold classrooms can get after recess! Unfortunately, I love deeper colors, so the brown didn’t work for me this time – boo.

My last piece was a causal, light weight Aztec-styled dress. With organize ascents, this dress had more of ‘my colors’ but just wasn’t my style. But….again, it fit! The length was great, it showed my figure without being tight, and the cut-out of the arm didn’t show my bra – sweet. πŸ™‚

Here are the two pieces I kept this fix, and I’ve already worn them! They look great together and are fun new additions to my wardrobe.

Well, friends – I must admit that I am thrilled with this fix. I found two great pieces, AND most importantly everything fit me. Third time is definitely the charm. My 3rd fix gives me HIGH hopes for my fourth fix. Annie and I have tested the style and fit, so now, I think we are about the hit our ‘color palate’ groove. πŸ˜‰
So, tell me – do you Stitch Fix? If so, leave a link to your last fix. I want to see!  If you don’t use Stitch Fix yet, are you tempted to try Stitch Fix for yourself? If so, it’s a simple process – all you do is sign up, complete a style profile today, and schedule your first fix. If you use my referral link to sign up (included throughout this post) I receive a credit when your first fix is shipped. My next fix is scheduled for the 3rd week in May, and I can’t wait to see what it holds! πŸ™‚

    I love seeing what you get – as a fellow 5 footer I know how hard it is to find stuff the right length!! I so wish we got this in New Zealand – I would sign up in a flash after seeing the clothing they send you πŸ™‚

    It's so true- I rarely make time to step into a clothing store… this is the perfect way to get new clothes each month that are your style! I have been itching to join for the past 6 months but am waiting to get back to the states- only a month and a half left and can't wait to receive the white and aqua box πŸ™‚ Thanks for sharing!!
